Barclays Bank Delaware claims customer owes over $7,500

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $7,500 in sums due.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kim M. Wertz.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due in the amount of $7,550 plus interest. The plaintiff has allegedly sought amicable demand, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
