Barclays Bank Delaware files lawsuit seeking over $2,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due on an open account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jennifer E. Hebert.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an open account in the balance of $2,099 plus interest. The defendant has allegedly received amicable demand from the plaintiff but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
