Barclays Bank Delaware claims more than $3,100 in sums due

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $3,100 in sums due from a negligent customer.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mark Jude Coniglio.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has been negligent in the balance owed of $3,101 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has sought amicable demand from the defendant but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
