Barclays Bank Delaware seeks over $2,200 on credit card account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,200 in sums due on a credit card account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brandy Mouton.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance in the amount of $2,268 plus interest. The defendant allegedly has failed to pay the plaintiff despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
