Midland Funding seeks over $3,400 on unpaid credit card

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,400 on a credit card balance.

Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Corey Allen.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant used a credit card to accumulate a balance of $3,147.51 plus interest. The plaintiff has allegedly made amicable demand for payment, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan.
