GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $1,900 in sums due.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jose A. Ker.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay a balance of $1,961.44 plus interest. The defendant allegedly has remained negligent in the balance due despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
