Bank of America seeks over $5,800 on open account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $5,000 in sums due.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against John Joseph Warner.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has been negligent in paying off the balance of $5,814.54 plus interest on a credit account, despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
