GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $131,000 on a mortgage that is in default.
Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Hussein I. Kirkland.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage balance. The suit states the defendant has been negligent in paying off the balance due on his mortgage. The plaintiff is currently seeking $131,999 plus interest of 4.375 percent per year from June 1, 2018, until the balance is paid in full.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage balance.
