Jefferson Capital seeks more than $40,000 on open account

GRETNA – A finance company is seeking more than $40,000 in sums due from a customer.

Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Amie Foot.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an open account. The plaintiff allegedly has sought amicable demand, but to no avail. The defendant owes $40,451 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791240.
