La Capitol Federal Credit Union seeks balance of more than $21,000

GRETNA – A credit union alleges that they are owed more than $21,000 in sums due.

La Capitol Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Jan. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Rachael Gallodoro.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay a balance of $21,699 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has remained negligent in the balance owed despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Richard Crawford of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
