GRETNA – A finance company alleges it is owed more than $24,000.
JHPDE Finance 1 LLC, assignee of Citibank filed a complaint on Jan. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kathleen Young.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account with a balance of $24,139 plus interest. The plaintiff reports having made amicable demands, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
