Capital One files lawsuit seeking over $2,700 on open account

GRETNA – Capital One alleges it is owed more than $2,700 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Janette C. Solis.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay a balance of $2,743 plus interest. The defendant allegedly has been made amicable demand by the plaintiff, but fails to pay the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791296.
