A management company alleges that a man owes over $9,000 on an unpaid Sears credit account

GRETNA – A management company is seeking more than $9,900 in sums due on an open account.

Crown Asset Management LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael J. Jones.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant is indebted from a Sears credit card balance in the amount of $9,905 plus interest. Despite amicable demands allegedly made on Dec. 4, 2018, the defendant remains negligent in the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791380.
