Conn's seeks more than $5,200 on open account

GRETNA – An appliance company alleges it is owed more than $5,200 on an open account.

Conn Appliances Inc filed a complaint on Jan. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Shelly Mundy.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay a balance of $5,289 plus interest on a Conn Appliances Inc. account. According to the complaint, the plaintiff made amicable demand on Nov. 1, 2018 but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791389.
