GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,500 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Quentin Singleton.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay a balance of $3,559 plus interest. The defendant allegedly received amicable demand on Oct. 3, 2018 but did not respond.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
