Capital One seeks more than $3,500 on open account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,500 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Jan. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Carolyn T. Simons. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay a balance of $3,566 plus interest. The defendant allegedly has received amicable demand yet remains negligent on the account.

The defendant is accused of sums due on open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791529.
