GRETNA – A finance company is seeking more than $4,000.
JHPDE Finance 1 LLC, as assignee of Citibank N.A., filed a complaint on Jan. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kenneth Shows.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $4,433 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
