Capital One claims customer owes more than $2,300

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,300 in sums due on an open account.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Heather Applewhite.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,386 plus interest. The plaintiff claims that they have made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
