Capital One seeks more than $2,600 on an open account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,600 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jennifer Langhoff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $2,635 plus interest. The plaintiff allegedly has made amicable demand for the balance owed but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
