Capital One alleges customer owes more than $3,700

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $3,700 on an account it claims a woman has failed to maintain.

The financial institution filed a complaint against Iris Cooper on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the total of $3,752.16 plus interest despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
