Barclays Bank Delaware claims customer owes more than $2,200

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,200 in sums due.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Cynthia Lua.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off an account balance of $2,240 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to pay off the account despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
