First National Bank of Omaha seeks more than $26,000 due on unpaid account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $26,000 in sums due on an open account.

First National Bank of Omaha filed a complaint against Steven E. Williams on Feb. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court.


According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off an open account in the balance of $26,543.50 plus interest. The suit states that the plaintiff has made amicable demand, but to no avail.

First National Bank, represented by Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie, is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
