Capital One claims woman owes $2,900 on open account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,900 it claims a woman owes on an open account.

The financial institution filed a complaint against Alyssa Roche on Feb. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $2.920.82 plus interest. Capital One claims to have made amicable demand but to no avail.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Capital One is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
