GRETNA – A healthcare company is seeking more than $18,000 in sums it claims are due on an open account.
Bayside Healthcare Center LLC filed a complaint against Bonnie W. Laigast on Feb. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff is is seeking more than $18,015.30 plus interest for sums it claims the defendant owes for services issued. The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff, represented by Patrick K. Reso of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes LLP in Hammond, is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
