Cavalry SPV seeks $2,000 debt from bank customer

GRETNA – An assignee of Synchrony Bank is seeking more than $2,000 the bank claims is due from a customer on an open account.

Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint against Alex Key on Feb. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,060.41 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the suit claims, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Cavalry SPV is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.


The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
