GRETNA – An assignee of Citibank is seeking nearly $24,000 on a customer's unpaid Home Depot account.
Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint against Keaton A. Cromartie on Feb. 15 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has been negligent for the balance of $23,812.56 plus interest on a Home Depot account despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.
Cavalry is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
