NEW ORLEANS – Citibank is seeking more than $3,000 it claims is due on a customer's open account.
CitiBank N.A. filed a complaint against Jaime M. Young on Feb. 14 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant is indebted for $3,425.19 plus interest on an unpaid balance.
Citibank seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Naomi A Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz PC in Birmingham, Ala.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Ellen M. Hazeur.
