GRETNA – An auto finance company alleges that a customer has neglected to maintain payments on her loan totaling more than $21,000.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a complaint against Darlene A. Howell on Feb. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $21,702.75 plus interest on an open account, claiming that she failed off the balance of her loan on a 2013 Kia Forte.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. TD Auto Finance is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
