Credit union seeks $12,000 from couple on unpaid account

GRETNA – Greater New Orleans Federal Credit Union alleges that a couple owes nearly $12,000 on an open account.

The credit union filed a complaint against Jeffrey Terrance and Jena M. Terrance on Feb. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states it is owed $11,958.35 plus interest from the defendants, who have remained negligent on the balance. The Terrances are accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff, represented by Ronald J. Vega of D'Aquila, Contreras & Vega in Kenner, is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
