GRETNA – A man is suing a contractor, alleging that he is owed $14,000 on an open account.
Anwar Rosado filed a complaint against LL5 Enterprise LLC, Tiara Collins and Chazz Collins on Feb. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendants have failed to pay off the balance of $14,000 on a contractor agreement. The defendants are accused of sums due on an open account.
Rosado is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael W. Margiotta Jr of The Law Office of Wolff and Wolff.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
