GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $169,000 on an open account.
Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kristen Reeves.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states that the defendant has an outstanding balance of $169,097 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges defendant has failed to make timely payments on the mortgage despite amicable demand.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.
