GRETNA — Bayou Electrical Service & Troubleshooting LLC alleges that a mechanical contracting company owes more than $38,000 on an open account.
Bayou filed a complaint against Blanchard Mechanical Contractors Inc. on Feb. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, Blanchard has failed to pay off a balance of $38,217.46 plus interest, despite amicable demand.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Anna Landry of Jeansonne & Remondet in Lafayette.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
