Two men allege Boh Bros. Construction heavy equipment operator's negligence caused injuries

GRETNA – Two men allege that they were injured by a heavy equipment operator and are seeking damages from the operator's employer.

Brandon Johnson and Milton Fleming filed a complaint on March 6 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Boh Bros. Construction LLC and XYZ insurance company alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are seeking damages for an incident which took place on March 7, 2018, when the plaintiffs were working for J & R Concrete and Plumbing. The suit states a Boh Bros. heavy equipment operator negligently struck them with a component of the heavy equipment, causing serious bodily injuries.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment in their favor for an amount found to be just and adequate. They are represented by Randall L. Gaines in Laplace.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
