Woman sues ASI Federal Credit Union, alleging she was caused to trip and fall over a curb

GRETNA – A woman is suing a credit union, alleging she was caused to trip and fall over a curb.

Janice White filed a complaint on March 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against ASI Federal Credit Union.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place when the plaintiff was a guest at the ASI Federal Credit Union at 1554 Westbank Expressway. The plaintiff claims she got out of her car and tripped on a curb that had been hidden from sight, causing the plaintiff to fall and strike the parking lot surface.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John Noble of Michael Hinge & Associates LLC in Slidell.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 793521.
