Patron claims she slipped and fell in bathroom of New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Co.

GRETNA – A woman is suing a restaurant, alleging she was caused to slip and fall in the bathroom.

Vicki P. Watson filed a complaint on April 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against New Orleans Hamburger and Seafood Co., American Fire and Casualty Co. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place when the plaintiff was a guest at 1005 Clearview S. Parkway in Harahan on April 22, 2018. The plaintiff allegedly was caused to slip and fall on the ground when she was using the bathroom, due to a substance on the ground.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. 

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
