Company suing tenant for over $6,200 for alleged failure to pay rent

GRETNA – A company is suing a tenant that allegedly failed to pay their rent.

Aces Over Inc. filed a complaint on April 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against PositivelyTilton LLC, dba Triangle West.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place after the defendant was ordered to vacate the premises at 10801 Jefferson Highway in River Ridge. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for rent that totals $6,269.55.

The defendant is accused of money due for damages.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Eric Bopp of Bopp and Woodruff Attorneys at Law in Mandeville.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
