Taylor Porter was a standout in the particular categories of: investing in client relationships; and client-facing communication. The annual report is based on interviews with corporate counsel at the world’s largest companies.
The rankings are based on 350 in-depth interviews with top legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. According to BTI, this year’s recognized firms have proven their client service prowess to legal decision makers on an ongoing basis – fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. The survey measures performance in 17 activities that drive client relationships, including the ability to bring together national resources, the ability to anticipate client needs, providing high value, and client focus.
