Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips LLP issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
Taylor Porter was proud to host officers from the U.S. Army War College Eisenhower Lecture Series to attend a series of meet-and-greet and lecture events in the Baton Rouge community as part of an academic outreach program. The program encourages dialogue on national security matters and other public policy issues between students at the Army’s senior educational institution and public at colleges and universities throughout the United States.
The Eisenhower Series College Program was established in 1969. The officers spoke about national security issues to area high school and college students, including making visits to Runnels, Episcopal, Catholic, UHigh, and LSU law and journalism classes.
Taylor Porter Partners Skip Philips and Mike Walsh work every year with the Eisenhower Series College Program to organize events for officers to attend in the community.
