Jennifer Karpchuk will participate in two sessions at the 2020 ABA/IPT Advanced Tax Seminar, hosted by the American Bar Association and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. The first session, titled “What to Do with Public Law 86-272” will focus on the relevance of the law in today’s digital world and how states, taxpayers, and congress will help determine the law’s future. The second session titled, “Update on Recent Developments in Sales and Use Tax: 2019-2020” will provide an update on recent legislative, judicial, and administrative developments in sales and use tax.
