Taylor Porter Of Counsel Preston Castille has been appointed to the Board of Governors of the City Club of Baton Rouge, a downtown professional and social club that has enriched the lives of community leaders, business professionals, and families for 60 years. Castille is one of three new appointed board of governors members, in addition to Dennis Blunt, commercial litigation lawyer and partner at Phelps Dunbar; and Jake Forshag, financial professional at Penn Mutual.
Castille is Taylor Porter Of Counsel, President of Helix Community Schools, and BESE Member District 8.
Taylor Porter attorneys have a long history of serving in leadership and board positions within the City Club. In 2017, Taylor Porter Of Counsel Jim Ellis served as President, preceded by former Taylor Porter Partner Clayton Johnson in 1988, and one of the firm’s original founders, Charles Porter, in 1958, also the City Club’s first President.
