A man has filed a lawsuit accusing DNOW and Adecco USA of discrimination.

The mother, identified only has N.H., filed her complaint in federal court against the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board and Dr. Sito Narcisse, Superintendent of East Baton Rouge Parish Public School System, on behalf of her minor daughter, identified only as D.C.

The case alleges the school board and Narcisse denied D.C.'s right to appeal an expulsion, thereby violating her due process rights.

According to the complaint, Narcisse unilaterally denied D.C.’s right to appeal an expulsion despite the school system's appeals process requiring a hearing before the entire school board. Furthermore, it is claimed D.C., a magnet student at McKinley Middle Magnet Academic School of Visual and Performing Arts, had her academic standing arbitrarily revoked without due process.

The plaintiff seeks relief for alleged violations under various U.S. codes and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
