Eudolia Arabie filed her complaint in federal court against St. Charles Parish Public Schools and Ellis A. Alexander, president of the School Board.

Despite her 42 years of teaching experience and certification to teach mild/moderate special needs students grades 1-12 by the State of Louisiana Department of Education, Arabie says she was not hired for any positions due to her age.
