In the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, Daniel Castro has filed a lawsuit against Kenner Gardens Hospitality LLC and ABC Insurance Company. The case ID is 851-017, division "P", and it was initiated on February 6, 2024. The lawsuit revolves around an incident where Castro alleges he suffered injuries due to negligence on the part of Kenner Gardens.

Castro's attorney, Benjamin Perkins, states that the incident occurred on February 20, 2023. According to the details provided in the court filing, Castro was a guest at a property owned by Kenner Gardens when he slipped and fell on water that had puddled inside an elevator. This fall resulted in serious injuries to his knee, neck, and mid and lower back.
