Attorney General Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit arrests Loranger man for Possession and Distribution of Pornography Involving Juveniles

Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Cyber Unit arrested a Loranger man on August 29, 2024.

35-year-old Marvin Cutrer Jr., or Gliderport Road in Loranger, was arrested for violating:

  1. 14:81.1 Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen (13); fifteen (15) counts
  2. Distribution of Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen; five (5) counts.
Agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

This arrest was a result of a joint investigation with General Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, and Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Cutrer was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
