Kim Kardashian, Herman Cain and Kourtney Kardashian
NEW ORLEANS – A Pennsylvania man has filed suit against a pair of celebrity sisters and a former presidential candidate requesting a temporary restraining order order claiming they attacked and threatened him.
Jonathan Kimberly filed suit against Kim Kardashian, Herman Cain and Kourtney Kardashian in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana on June 29.
The plaintiff claims he was a patron at a Pizza Hut in Shreveport, La. when he saw Herman Cain making a pornographic film with Kim Kardashian in the men's restroom. The plaintiff alleges both Kim and Kourtney are pregnant with Cain's "love child" and that he is paying the two $9,999 a month in "hush money" in addition to providing the Kardashian family lifetime gift certificates to Godfather's Pizza of which Cain was formerly the corporate executive officer.
The defendants are accused of assaulting Kimberly with bread sticks, smashing him in the face with a pizza pan and calling him "pizza the hut." Cain allegedly said he would bury Kimberly in a Tombstone pizza.
The plaintiff is representing himself.
The case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge S. Maurice Hicks.
Case no. 5:12-cv-01811.
