Handwritten filing accuses two men of allegedly causing woman's heart attack

NEW ORLEANS – A woman has filed suit against two men claiming they caused her to have a heart attack.

Jenepher Parchuke filed suit against Woody Wilson and Shaffer Mickals in Orleans Parish Civil District Court on June 29. Parchuke claims in the handwritten filing that unspecified destructive and vindictive actions by Wilson and Mickals resulted in her having the severe medical condition.

The plaintiff alleges that due to the purported actions of the defendants she has had to have several subsequent surges and has suffered injuries.

The filing does not state anything in particular the defendants did to contribute to Parchuke's medical problems.

Damages in the amount of $200,000 are sought by the plaintiff for physical pain and suffering, mental pain and anguish, loss of wages and loss of consortium.

Parchuke is representing herself.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Lloyd J. Medley.

Case no. 2012-06430.
