NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish law firm is suing Cox Communication alleging Cox has rendered poor service resulting in damages that have affected the productivity of the firm.
Irpino Law Firm filed suit in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Aug. 21. Irpino claims Cox has failed to provide consistent and working phone services and internet access during the course of business hours, therefore, causing damages in the form of inability to communicate with clients and gain potential clients.
The defendant is accused of negligence, breach of contract, failure to perform timely and proper work, negligent misrepresentation and unfair trade practice.
The plaintiff is represented by Justin A. Reese of Irpino Law Firm.
This case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
