NEW ORLEANS - A New Orleans couple is suing a movie production company for damages following an alleged trip and fall incident in a walk way within the Greater Saint Stephens Full Gospel Church.

Alicia Harry and her husband Garry filed a lawsuit against Time Warner Inc., Home Box Office Inc., their insurers and an unknown contractor in the Orleans Parish Central District Court. Alicia Harry asserts that an employee of the defendant placed a wooden pole that would be used to build a mock prison within a walkway of the aforementioned church which resulted in her tripping and falling. As a result of the fall she sustained injuries to her neck, thighs, left ankle, back, arms and shoulders.

The defendant is accused of creating a hazardous condition in a designated pathway of the church, failing to warn petitioner of dangerous condition, not adequately maintaining pathways and failing to exercise due care under the circumstances.

An unspecified amount is sought for lost wages, disability, significant pain and suffering, medical expenses and court cost.

The plaintiff is represented by Hollis Shepherd of New Orleans.

This case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.

Case no. 2012-10524.
