NEW ORLEANS - A Harahan-based shoring company is suing three entities involved in a house moving project in the footprint of the future Veterans Administration Hospital.
Orleans Shoring, LLC is suing New Orleans Redevelopment Unlimited, Inc., Builders of Hope, Inc. and Tim Clark Construction in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Dec. 6. Orleans Shoring asserts it was never paid the $16,000 due at the completion of its construction contract with the defendants for all materials and services provided.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking full compensation together with accrued interest and all legal costs.
