NEW ORLEANS – A Louisiana building Specialties Corporation is suing a local concrete works company on claims of failure to submit payment for goods sold to it by the corporation.
Building Specialties Company of Louisiana filed a lawsuit against Xtreme Concrete Services, Inc. and Brian Normand in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Dec. 6. The plaintiff claims the defendant owes $15,299.46 for items and materials provided for construction work.
The defendant is accused of failing to submit payment after repeated amicable demand.
The plaintiff is seeking the principal sum owed plus interest and legal fees.
Counsel for the plaintiff is New Orleans-based attorney J. Thaddeus Westholz.
This case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
